The Role We’re seeking an Investment Sales Associate to build and expand relationships within the employee benefits ecosystem. You’ll work with HR departments, benefits consultants, and corporate decision-makers to introduce tailored investment solutions designed for defined benefit plans, defined contribution plans, and executive retirement strategies. What You’ll Do Cultivate institutional relationships within established benefits markets across Texas Educate decision-makers on investment products and portfolio construction aligned with plan objectives and fiduciary requirements Analyze client data to position solutions that optimize returns while managing plan‑specific risks Implement and manage the sales cycle from initial consultation through documentation and onboarding Navigate compliance with ERISA, DOL, and SEC requirements throughout the sales process Skills & Experience Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience Licensing required: State Life & Health, SIE, Series 63, Series 65 Excellent communication skills with demonstrated ability to build trust and credibility with institutional audiences Entrepreneurial mindset with track record of exceeding targets Ability to learn complex investment structures and explain them clearly to non-technical audiences Authorized to work in the United States; no visa or FISA sponsorship available Training & Development FINRA sponsorship for required licensing Comprehensive 120-day onboarding program with hands‑on mentorship Access to institutional sales resources and product training Ongoing professional development opportunities Guidance from a dedicated VP supporting your growth and market development Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary Commission and bonus structure tied to closed deals and relationship growth Full benefits package: health, dental, vision, 401(k), ESPP, disability, life insurance Transportation reimbursement incentive program (TRIP) Our Culture We’re a collaborative team driven by curiosity and execution.
