Role Description As a House Cleaner at CottageCare in Charlotte, NC, you will perform detailed cleaning tasks in clients’ homes, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, bathroom and kitchen cleaning, and general tidying. You will follow established checklists and eco‑friendly cleaning procedures to ensure each home meets CottageCare’s quality standards. Daily responsibilities include safely handling cleaning products, managing basic laundry tasks as requested, and maintaining cleaning equipment and supplies. You will interact professionally with clients on‑site, responding to their needs, answering questions, and ensuring a positive service experience. This is a full‑time, on‑site role that requires reliability, attention to detail, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Qualifications Strong customer service and communication skills to interact professionally with clients and team members. Excellent organization skills to follow cleaning schedules, checklists, and tailored service plans for each home. Ability to perform laundry‑related tasks, including washing, drying, and folding, when requested by clients.
