No two days are exactly the same, and you'll gain valuable experience operating equipment, handling materials, and supporting production operations. Responsibilities Include: Supporting steel manufacturing and production operations Loading, unloading, and transporting materials throughout the facility Operating production machinery and equipment Learning to operate overhead cranes and forklifts (training provided) Performing grinding, finishing, packaging, and machine operation tasks Conducting quality inspections using measuring tools and gauges Maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient work environment Working alongside a skilled team committed to safety and production excellence What We're Looking For We're seeking motivated individuals who enjoy hands-on work and thrive in a fast-paced industrial environment.
