Community-Based Employment Specialist for I/DD

City of Virginia Beach

The City of Virginia Beach is seeking an Employment Specialist to help adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities achieve independence through competitive, integrated employment. You will empower job seekers by providing individualized coaching, building partnerships with local employers, and ensuring long-term career success. Responsibilities include conducting ISP planning, providing on-site training, advocating for fair treatment, and maintaining accurate client records to meet #J-18808-Ljbffr City of Virginia Beach
