Per Diem Lpn For Float PoolThe float pool is looking for a per diem LPN to join their team! The hours are flexible with offices open Monday-Friday 8-4:30.Responsibilities:Administer and record vaccines.Document verbal conversations with patients when appropriate.Document information into patient record in an accurate, legible and timely manner.Maintain timely patient flow.Prepare patient for visit as appropriate, based on office/provider requirements.Obtain specimens (i.e., urine, blood, etc.) from patients as directed by the provider.Accurate and timely order entry into the lab system.Perform clinical office procedures as directed by the provider (i.e. PFT, EKG, nebulizer, medication administration and immunizations)Process patient prescriptions.Discuss test results with patients per provider's instructions.Compensation: $26.00 - $33.00 per hourCCP salary ranges are designed to be competitive with room for professional and financial growth.
