You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter incidents, monitor access points, and provide professional customer service and communication. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour Job Schedule: Mon: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Tue: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Wed: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Thur: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM Fri: 06:00 AM - 02:00 PM What You'll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and contractors by carrying out site-specific security-related procedures, policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate. Monitor access points, visitor activity, and authorized entry requirements at a technology, media, and telecommunications location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established escalation and reporting procedures. Conduct regular and random patrols of interior work areas, exterior grounds, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual conditions. Prepare clear, accurate reports of incidents, observations, and security-related activities in accordance with site requirements. Minimum Requirements: At least one year of security-related experience is required. Customer service experience is preferred. A guard card or license is preferred. Access control and badge experience is preferred. Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
