Job Description Sales Account Manager
Staffing Services Indianapolis-Northwest Account Management
• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned customer accounts
• Develop long-term client relationships through exceptional communication and customer service
• Partner with Recruiting to ensure successful fulfillment of client workforce needs
• Clearly communicate job requirements, project timelines, pricing, travel accommodations, and workforce expectations
• Conduct regular business reviews and identify opportunities for account growth
• Proactively address client concerns and manage expectations throughout the staffing process Sales
• Manage a healthy sales pipeline and maintain accurate forecasting
• Prepare and deliver pricing proposals and staffing solutions
• Follow established sales processes and maintain accurate CRM documentation
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Recruiting and Operations to deliver an outstanding client experience Business Development
• Develop and execute a strategic territory plan focused on 10-20 target accounts
• Identify key decision-makers and build relationships through cold calling, email campaigns, networking, and in-person client visits
• Generate new business opportunities while expanding existing client relationships
• Educate prospects on CRM's staffing capabilities and workforce solutions
• Build credibility by understanding environmental, construction, demolition, and industrial staffing trends Requirements:
• 2+ years of sales, account management, staffing, or business development experience
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Highly motivated with a proven ability to meet or exceed performance goals
• Comfortable making outbound sales calls and developing new business
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
• Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills
• Customer-focused with a sense of urgency and accountability
• Experience in staffing, construction, environmental services, or industrial markets is a plus ID#9515
