Staffing & Scheduling Coordinate caregiver schedules and patient coverage Help ensure every patient receives the care they need ??????? Support & Train Caregivers Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires Be a go-to support person for caregivers in the field ???? Problem Solving in Real Time Help fill shifts for call-outs or schedule changes Support patients and staff with quick, thoughtful solutions ???? Operations & Coordination Help manage caseloads and support efficient scheduling Learn how healthcare operations run behind the scenes ???? Field Support (Occasional) Deliver supplies/equipment when needed (mileage reimbursed) ???? On-Call Rotation (Paid!)
