What We Offer Flexible scheduling Competitive compensation Health, dental, vision, and life insurance Paid time off CEU and professional development support Brand-new, fully furnished office space Administrative, billing, scheduling, and referral support Client-therapist matching and marketing assistance Technology and EHR resources Supportive, collaborative team environment What You'll Do Provide play therapy and other developmentally appropriate therapeutic interventions for children and adolescents Conduct assessments and formulate diagnoses Develop, implement, and maintain individualized treatment plans Complete clinical documentation, progress notes, and treatment updatesCollaborate with parents, caregivers, schools, and other providers as clinically appropriate Help children develop emotional regulation, coping skills, communication skills, and resilience Utilize creative, engaging, and evidence-based interventions tailored to each child's needs Support Ellie Mental Health's mission of expanding access to quality mental health care Qualifications Master's degree in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field Active mental health license or license-eligible status preferred Experience providing therapy to children, adolescents, and families Training or experience in play therapy strongly preferred RPT, RPT-S, or pursuit of Registered Play Therapist credits is a plus Experience completing assessments, treatment plans, and clinical documentation Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and professional boundaries Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and electronic health record systems Insurance credentialing preferred for fully licensed clinicians Clinical Interests We Welcome We encourage candidates with experience or interest in: Play Therapy Child-Centered Play Therapy Filial Therapy Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) Sand Tray Therapy Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) ADHD and behavioral concerns Autism spectrum support Anxiety and depression in children and adolescents Family therapy School-related challenges Trauma and attachment-focused interventions Why Ellie?
