Opportunity to grow What You'll Do: As the Assistant Office Manager, you will work hand-in-hand with our Office Manager to keep our dealership running smoothly: Utilize our DMS software daily to manage business office functions, clear schedules, and post entries. Review and process vehicle sales documentation, ensuring compliance with state regulations and lender requirements. Assist with accounts receivable/payable (AR/AP), journal entries, and tight reconciliation of accounting schedules. Help manage employee timecards, commission tracking, and onboarding documentation. What We Are Looking For: Dealership Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an automotive dealership business office (required). Attention to Detail: A sharp eye for numbers and a knack for finding and fixing accounting variances.
