Infant Room Teacher

About the Role:

The Goddard School of Littleton, CO is looking for a passionate and nurturing Infant Room Teacher to join our dedicated early childhood education team. Responsibilities:

Provide attentive, loving care and supervision for infants in a safe and stimulating classroom environment

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that support cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development

Maintain accurate daily logs including feeding schedules, diaper changes, nap times, and developmental milestones

Communicate openly and consistently with parents and guardians regarding their child's daily progress

Ensure the infant room meets all health, safety, and sanitation standards at all times

Collaborate with fellow teachers and staff to create a cohesive, nurturing learning community

Follow Goddard School curriculum frameworks and early childhood best practices

Requirements:

Experience working with infants or toddlers in a licensed childcare or early education setting preferred

Meets Colorado state childcare licensing requirements for education and training, PDIS Level II prefered.

Understanding of infant developmental milestones and age-appropriate practices

Compassionate, patient, and reliable with a genuine love for working with young children

Ability to pass a required background check
