Physician - Urohospitalist

Urologist Opportunity in Fargo, ND

Sanford Health is seeking a Full time Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join their team of seven physicians and six APPs in Fargo, North Dakota. The additional surgeon is needed due to our continued practice growth both locally and regionally.

Responsibilities include:

• 182 24 hour shifts/year, flexible scheduling, covering the hospital and urgent/emergent OR cases
• Academic appointment through the University of North Dakota School of Medicine is available
• Research opportunities and support services are available
• Region's only Level I ACS verified Adult Trauma Center
• Davinci XI and DV5 robot available

Compensation package includes:

• Shift rate of $3,997 per 24-hour shift equating to $727,450 per year for 182 shifts at 1.0 FTE
• In addition, a $200,000 retention incentive to be paid if physician remains a 1.0 FTE for 4 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement specifying all details)
