Field Marketing Manager, BioPharma North America

Field Marketing Manager position executing localized marketing strategies and campaigns across North America for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences' BioPharma segment. The role drives demand generation and sales growth through regional marketing programs, event management, and sales team support while reporting to the Head of Field Marketing North America.

Responsibilities

• Execute localized market action plans by adapting global campaigns for regional and cultural relevance
• Plan and execute local events, workshops, seminars, and tradeshow participation for lead generation
• Provide direct marketing support to sales team including materials preparation and product demonstrations
• Identify and build relationships with local Key External Experts to drive regional advocacy
• Gather and report local market insights, competitive activities, and customer feedback to inform strategy

Requirements

• University degree in Life Sciences or related scientific/medical field
• Minimum 7 years field marketing or sales experience in Life Sciences or Pharma industry
• Understanding of Centrifugation, Cell Health, and Particle Counting products and North American biopharma market
• Demonstrated ability to deliver compelling product presentations and provide direct sales support
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
• Ability to travel up to 40% including overnight stays

Compensation: $120,000-$145,000 base, plus bonus/incentive pay
