Pediatrix Medical Group is seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Cardiac Intensivist to join our established Cardiac ICU team at Sunrise Children's Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada. The position offers an opportunity to practice meaningful pediatric cardiac critical care in a dedicated, high-acuity unit with a strong team culture. Providers will enjoy a collegial environment and a sustainable workload that supports a healthy work-life balance. Practice Info Dedicated 14-bed Cardiac ICU 400+ congenital cardiac surgical cases annually Established ECMO and congenital cardiac catheterization programs Only surgical congenital heart program in the state 24-bed tertiary PICU covered by affiliated intensivists 30-bed Pediatric ER covered by affiliated pediatric ER physicians Compensation Competitive compensation package Sign-on bonuses Relocation Benefits Medical, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability, Healthcare FSA, Dependent Care FSA and HSAs 401k plan Employee Stock Purchase Program Qualifications BC/BE in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine and/or Pediatric Cardiology plus additional CICU-focused training, or eligible for dual board certification in Pediatric Critical Care and Pediatric Cardiology Open to visa sponsorship
