Job Title

Registered Nurse (RN) – NICU

Location

Fort Worth, TX | Acute Care

Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Nights | 12-Hour Shifts (1845–0715)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to NICU patients, including premature infants, in a 63-bed unit with an average daily census of 50
• Collaborate with a team of approximately 30 physicians to deliver high-quality neonatal care
• Float to other Women's Services Units (typically Mother/Baby) as needed
• Flex to an alternate hospital location within 30 miles if census is low, per contract terms
• Maintain NRP and BLS certifications as required throughout the assignment

Required Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of Texas (or compact equivalent)
• NRP (Neonatal Resuscitation Program) certification required prior to start
• BLS certification required prior to start
• Active driver's license must be submitted with application packet
• Must live at least 100 miles from the facility to be eligible

Preferred Experience / Skills

• RNC (Registered Nurse Certified) certification in a neonatal specialty
• Prior experience caring for premature infants in a NICU setting
• Experience working in a Level 2 Trauma-designated facility
