Location & Position Location: Union County, NJ Position: ABA Behavior Technician/RBT Compensation: $20–30/hr (based on experience) Type: Part-Time (15–20 hrs/week) Shifts: Afternoons/Evenings (3–4 hrs/day, vary by client) Afternoon Schedules in Union County Plainfield: M-F: 4-6:30 PM Linden: Mon‑Thur: 4‑7 PM; Sat 10 AM‑1 PM About Compass ABA As an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT, you’ll deliver individualized ABA therapy to children with autism. Help build communication, play, social, and daily living skills. Work in homes or community settings. Responsibilities as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT Provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. Build skills, manage behaviors, foster independence. Collaborate with families and staff on treatment plans. Offer encouragement and care during sessions. Create a safe, structured learning environment. Collect and record data to guide treatment. Participate in supervision and growth as an ABA Behavior Technician/RBT. Requirements High School Diploma (college preferred). Authorized to work in the United States and able to successfully complete all onboarding requirements. Meet physical requirements: active movement, standing, and play-based activities. Experience with children/autism preferred. Reliable transportation, strong communication, and technology comfort. Benefits Supervision hours toward RBT/BCBA certification.
