Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Good Evening. Krista Dunn here, with Ascend Medical. I have an opening available for a Family Medicine Physician in Mission Hills, California. It is an ongoing position with full time hours. Extensions are available. Credentialing generally takes about 60 days. Here are the details: Location: Mission Hills, CA Start Date: As soon as credentialed End Date: This is a 3-6 month placement with options to extend Setting: Clinic Responsibilities: Adult & Child Population, paneled patients are a focus, Chronic Disease Management, Outpatient Primary Care-flu, colds, sickness; Handle own basket Shifts: Monday through Friday, 8:30am-5:00pm; Alternatively, 4X10 per week, 8:30am-7:00pm, with variable day off, if desired; No Call Patients per Day: 22-24, approximately 3 patients per hour Rate: $135-$160 per hour (depending on travel needs) Requirements: ABFM Certified Active, Unrestricted CA License CA DEA Clean Background/Malpractice Updated CV EMR: Epic If you are interested, please call or text me with a good time to call you. at your earliest opportunity.
