Position Overview:
Are you outgoing and customer-focused? Do you enjoy working with the public? If you answered yes to these questions, working for a State Farm independent contractor agent may be the career for you! State Farm agents market only State Farm insurance and financial service products. Responsibilities: Provide excellent customer service.
Engage prospects in meaningful conversations to assess their insurance needs and provide relevant information about our offerings.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions and update client information in our database.
Collaborate with the sales team to achieve weekly and monthly goals.
Requirements: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred but not required.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Bilingual Spanish preferred
