Overview Subcontract Management Staff for the Guided Multiple Launch Rocket Program. Our team is responsible for overseeing procurement, contract administration, supplier performance, and cost control to ensure mission success. What You Will Be Doing Managing key procurement processes from proposal through contract set‑up, ensuring terms and conditions are met, and driving supplier performance and cost management. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Develop and issue solicitations and evaluate proposals. Negotiate and establish contracts, including terms and conditions. Monitor supplier performance and compliance. Manage cost tracking and control throughout the contract lifecycle. Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align procurement activities with program objectives. Basic Qualifications Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education. Ability to obtain a Secret Security Clearance. Knowledge of acquisition policies and procedures such as FAR / DFAR. Working knowledge of standard contract types. Proficient computer skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Detail and teamwork oriented with demonstrated organizational skills. Strong interpersonal skills. Demonstrated communication skills (verbal, written, and presentation). Demonstrated problem‑solving skills, business acumen and ability to make business‑based decisions. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Desired Skills Experience managing complex subcontracts. Experience with the procurement of specialized materials, complex assemblies, and equipment within the Defense industry. Experience with LM Procure to Pay (P2P) and SC Navigator. Security Clearance The position requires a government security clearance. You must be a U.S. Citizen. Clearance Level: Secret.
