Pay:

$30 - $40 plus bonus opportunities

Only seeking experienced concrete cutting and coring operators. We are not hiring people that “can learn” as of now.

We are seeking experienced Structural Concrete Coring and Cutting Operators who have hands-on experience drilling and cutting reinforced concrete on commercial and industrial construction projects.

This is NOT an entry-level position. We are currently hiring only experienced operators who can work independently with minimal supervision.

What You'll Do

As a Concrete Coring & Cutting Operator, you will perform precision drilling and cutting on structural concrete for commercial, industrial, manufacturing, airport, healthcare, and data center projects throughout Arizona and surrounding states.

Daily responsibilities include:

• Concrete core drilling (2"–36"+)
  
• Wall sawing
  
• Slab sawing
  
• Hand sawing
  
• Ring sawing
  
• Track sawing
  
• Layout and setup for drilling operations
  
• Anchoring drilling equipment
  
• Drilling through reinforced structural concrete
  
• Working safely around rebar, conduit, post-tension cables, and utilities
  
• Reading plans and locating required openings
  
• Maintaining professional job site documentation
  
• Keeping equipment clean and operating properly
  
• Leaving every job site clean and professional
  

Equipment Experience Preferred

Experience operating equipment such as:

• Hilti Core Drills
  
• Hilti Track Saws
  
• Husqvarna High Cycle Equipment
  
• Merit Gas Saws
  
• 480V Self-Propelled Flat Saws
  
• Diamond drilling and cutting equipment
  

Requirements

Required:

• Minimum 3 years of structural concrete coring and cutting experience
  
• Commercial construction experience
  
• Experience drilling reinforced concrete
  
• Ability to identify and avoid cutting rebar, conduit, and post-tension cables
  
• Ability to read construction drawings and layouts
  
• Strong mechanical aptitude
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record
  
• Ability to lift equipment weighing 75+ pounds
  
• Dependable attendance and professional attitude
  

Driving Record Requirement

Candidates must provide a clean 36-month driving record (ADOT Motor Vehicle Record).
