Job Description
A leading national law firm is seeking a mid-level Litigation Associate with experience or a strong background in healthcare-related disputes to join its New York office. This opportunity offers the chance to work on sophisticated commercial litigation matters involving clients across the healthcare and life sciences industries.
\n \nThe successful candidate will join an established litigation practice representing healthcare and life sciences clients in complex commercial litigation, arbitration, government investigations, and regulatory enforcement matters. The practice handles disputes involving healthcare providers, healthcare technology companies, and other businesses operating in highly regulated industries.
\n \nQualifications
\n \n- \n
- 3–5 years of litigation experience, preferably with a nationally recognized or comparable law firm. \n
- Strong complex civil or commercial litigation experience. \n
- Healthcare or life sciences litigation experience strongly preferred, including representation of healthcare providers, healthcare organizations, or life sciences companies. \n
- Experience with arbitration, government investigations, False Claims Act matters, or other healthcare-related disputes is a plus. \n
- Exceptional legal research, writing, analytical, and communication skills. \n
- Strong academic credentials. \n
- Active membership in the New York State Bar. \n
