Description
We are seeking a motivated Associate Attorney to join a growing general liability defense practice in Orlando, Florida.
This is a rare opportunity to work in a supportive, team-oriented environment with a flexible hybrid schedule, allowing you to maintain strong work-life balance while developing your litigation skills.
Handle a caseload of general liability defense matters from inception through resolution
Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery
Take and defend depositions
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials as needed
Collaborate with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy
Qualifications:
2-5+ years of experience in general liability, insurance defense, or civil litigation
Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
Strong writing, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to manage cases independently while working within a team
