Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, you will be responsible for:

• Provided individualized and couples therapy to clients of various ages and backgrounds, employing evidence-based practices to deliver effective treatment plans.

• Completing all necessary documentation and record-keeping in a timely and compliant manner, ensuring an up-to-date system in line with regulatory standards.

• Managing your appointment schedule, maintaining an accessible calendar for ongoing sessions, and communicating effectively with clients regarding their needs.
\n
• Collaborating with fellow therapists and mental health professionals, sharing insights and best practices to enhance patient care.
\n
• Engaging with our billing service to ensure a seamless process for claims submission and payments, allowing you to focus primarily on delivering therapy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

We serve a diverse clientele at various age levels, from children and adolescents to adults and couples. Our clients present a multitude of clinical issues, and our therapists adapt to individual needs by employing tailored approaches that foster trust and encourage open dialogue.

Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Clinical Social Work or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of Illinois.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Empire City Family & Marriage Counseling PC offers competitive compensation structured between $70,000 and $100,000 per year, complemented by a performance-based bonus. As a W2 employee, you will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
