Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM What You'll Do In this role, you'll work closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals to ensure patients receive safe, accurate, and timely medication therapy. Key responsibilities include: Sterile preparation and compounding of medications. Prescription processing and order entry. Maintaining compliance with USP standards and regulatory requirements. Monitoring pharmacy inventory and supply levels. Supporting patient refill coordination and delivery scheduling. Maintaining accurate electronic records and documentation. Assisting with quality assurance and pharmacy operational processes. Communicating with patients, caregivers, providers, and internal teams to facilitate exceptional service. Requirements Active New York Pharmacy Technician license required PTCB certification, or willingness to obtain certification within six months of employment Completion of Sterile Compounding Training preferred Strong understanding of pharmaceutical calculations, drug terminology, and aseptic technique Experience with sterile compounding in a hospital, specialty pharmacy, or home infusion setting preferred Familiarity with USP regulations and sterile compounding standards At least 1+ year of Pharmacy Technician experience required Ideal Candidate You are detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about pharmacy operations.
