Key Responsibilities

• Support servers to ensure smooth and efficient dining room service
• Deliver food promptly and accurately to guests
• Assist with table maintenance and dining room cleanliness
• Reset tables according to fine-dining standards
• Assist with food running and communication between kitchen and service staff
• Prepare garnishes and assist with basic food presentation needs
• Complete opening and closing side work duties
• Maintain organization of service stations
• Uphold Salamander Forbes service standards in all interactions
• Perform additional duties as assigned by restaurant leadership

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• Previous restaurant, food runner, busser, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong guest service mindset and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-standards environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Availability to work AM or PM shifts, weekends, and holidays
