ESFM Position Title: FACILITIES COORDINATOR Shift: Monday to Friday 12:00 pm to 8:30 pm Salary: $55,000 - $60,000 Other Forms of Compensation: none ESFM is the corporate facilities management (FM) division of Compass Group USA, a Gold-level Corporate Sustaining Partner of the International Facility Management Association (IFMA), and a Platinum Corporate Member of the Association of Energy Engineers (AEE). ESFM’s clients include many household names from the life sciences, technology, oil & gas and manufacturing markets. Job Summary As a Facilities Coordinator II, you will provide excellent customer service in the management of facilities for our clients. This position will allow you to utilize your experience in soft services and assist with overseeing cleaning, light maintenance, and other activities performed at the client site. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Assists with the oversight of subcontractor management of cleaning, light maintenance, pest control, waste management, security, landscaping, snow removal, and mailroom operations. Manages all moves, additions, and changes. Performs other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Facilities maintenance, support services, military, and/or housekeeping experience. Experience with soft services to include janitorial experience. Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) experience is preferred. Computer skills and knowledge of MS Office products, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and internet.
