Job Summary:

Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide skilled outpatient therapy services. The candidate will evaluate, develop, and implement treatment plans to improve patient outcomes.

Responsibilities:

  Administer therapeutic exercises and modalities to facilitate recovery.

  Ensure compliance with all licensing, credentialing, and facility standards.
  
  

Qualifications:

  Hold an active state license as a Physical Therapist.

  Demonstrate experience in outpatient physical therapy.

  Provide proof of license application within 5 business days of booking.
