Industrial Cleaning

Canadian Executive Search Group (USA), a division of Arrow Workforce Solutions, is now hiring for a Team Lead for Industrial Cleaning for our client in the Automotive industry located in Vance, Alabama.

MUST BE ABLE TO BE BADGED FOR MERCEDES-BENZ


Team lead/leadership/management experience and/or automotive industry experience is a must-have.
Start date: ASAP!


Pay rate: $17.00 - $19.00


Shifts:
• Monday-Friday 7 am - 4 pm
• Saturday 3:30 pm - 2:15 am


Job Duties:
• Participate in sorting and reworking, etc., as required per work instructions
• Follow all work instructions given
• Work assignments are performed in a safe and efficient manner
• Notify Supervisor immediately if you are not able to follow the Work
• Instructions as they appear, i.e., broken/missing tools, lack of PPE, lack of understanding, etc.
• Cleaning Windows and walls, floor, taking trash out, scraping, and all other needs
• Make daily reports
• Other duties assigned by the supervisor.


Requirements:


Team lead/ leadership/management experience a must have.
• Must be able to be badged at MBUSI


• Be a team player - help your team when needed.
• A commitment to maintaining quality standards.
• Must be dependable, detail-oriented, and proactive.
• Be able to wear PPE at all times - while on the production floor.
• Be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
• E-Verify
• Understanding of 5S and ISO procedures
• Lifting 50 Pounds or more required
