We are currently seeking a Workday Consultant to join our team in Chennai, Tamil Nādu (IN-TN), India (IN).

Workday Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Data Integration Management : Design and oversee file transfers to Workday (monthly/daily transaction processing)
• Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to define data integration requirements and specifications
• Data Mapping & Analysis : Identify and document field mappings from source systems to target Workday modules
• ETL Development : Knowledge on AWS for data transformation and processing
• Documentation : Develop comprehensive requirements documents, data dictionaries, and process flows
• Lookup Table Management : Design and maintain reference data structures for data validation and transformation

Required Skills

• Technical : AWS, ETL processes, mainframe systems, Workday integration
• Documentation : Advanced Excel proficiency for data analysis and documentation
• Business Analysis : Requirements gathering, stakeholder management, process mapping
• Data Management : Data mapping, transformation logic, lookup table design.
• Agile Approach : JIRA, Scrum

Experience Required

• 5+ years business analysis experience
• Mainframe data processing background
• Workday integration experience preferred
• AWS cloud services knowledge
• Multi-client project management experience

Deliverables

• Requirements documentation
• Data mapping specifications
• ETL job configurations
• Stakeholder communication plans
• Process documentation in Excel format
