• End Date/Duration: 12 months with extension options until 9/30/30
• Shift: Day shift Monday - Friday with 1 weekend a month
• Hours/Week: 40 hours
• Employment Type: W-2, Full-time
• W2 Pay Rate: $27/hr plus 11 Paid Federal Holidays ($28.08 blended rate) with additional $5.09/hr paid towards Health and Wellness Benefit

What You Need
Required:

• Degree: Certificate
• Education: Graduation from a State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program or completion of equivalent military training that permits sitting for the State licensure examination.
  • As an alternative to the education requirements in the basic contract, the HCW may be a graduate of a State Board of Nursing approved LPN/LVN training program OR be a graduate of an accredited LPN program by ACEN, OR have completed an equivalent military training program.
• Experience: Possess a minimum of 1 year experience as an LPN working in an outpatient acute care (hospital based) or ambulatory care setting within the last two years.
• Certifications: Basic Life Support
• Licensure: Possess a current unrestricted license to practice as an LPN/LVN in anyone (1) of the fifty (50) States, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, Guam or the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality nursing care to patients in an outpatient or ambulatory setting
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
• Monitor patient vital signs and assess patient conditions
• Document patient care activities accurately and timely
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and families on health management and post-treatment care
• Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations
