Maintenance Technician

Maintenance TechnicianAre you a skilled maintenance professional who enjoys solving problems, working with your hands, and seeing the results of your work every day? We're looking for a Maintenance Technician to join our team and support a variety of commercial and industrial facilities. In this role, you'll perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and light construction projects while working independently and making a direct impact on facility operations.If you have experience in building maintenance, facilities, construction, or skilled trades, we'd love to hear from you.Facility Maintenance & RepairsPerform maintenance and repair work involving carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, drywall, painting, and general building upkeep.Troubleshoot facility and equipment issues to identify and implement effective solutions.Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure facilities remain safe, functional, and operating efficiently.Respond to maintenance requests and complete repairs in a timely manner.Construction & InstallationComplete light renovation and construction projects, including installing doors, fixtures, cabinetry, flooring, and other building components.Assist with facility upgrades, remodels, and improvement projects.Read and interpret work orders, blueprints, and project specifications.Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and applicable building codes.Customer Service & CommunicationBuild strong relationships with clients, property managers, vendors, and team members.Communicate project status, maintenance needs, and repair recommendations clearly and professionally.Deliver exceptional service and represent the company with professionalism at all times.What We're Looking ForExperience as a Maintenance Technician, Facilities Technician, Handyman, Service Technician, or skilled trades professional.Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building maintenance.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Work EnvironmentWork indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather conditions.Travel between customer and project sites as needed.Exposure to typical maintenance and construction environments, including dust, noise, and equipment operation.Why Join Us?Competitive pay: $24.00 - $28.00 per hourVariety of work across multiple facilities and projectsOpportunity to utilize and expand your maintenance and construction skillsStable, hands-on role with autonomy and growth potentialSupportive team environment focused on safety and qualityThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Timnath, CO.The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $28.00/hr.
