This position is responsible for developing AI-enhanced solutions within the Microsoft ecosystem, primarily using C# and modern AI framework. The ideal candidate will have experience leveraging AI-powered solutions to improve workflow automation, efficiency, and user experience.Job Title:Senior Application Developer-.Net/AILocation:RemoteRequired Technology and Skills:Design, web applications using ASP.NET, C#, MVC, SQLDevelop workflow automation solutions utilizing AI and machine learning technologies.Leverage agentic coding tools such as Claude Code, Cursor, and similar AI-assisted development environments to accelerate development velocity, Integrate AI-powered tools and services to automate document processing, data extraction, knowledge management, and business workflows.Build and maintain APIs and integrations with legal and business systems.Stay current with the rapidly evolving AI landscape, proactively identifying opportunities to apply new AI toolsDevelop SQL Server databases, stored procedures, views, and reporting solutions.Optimize application performance, security, and scalability.Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and production support activities.Qualifications5+ years of experience with ASP.Net and SQL ServerExperience building and consuming REST APIs1+ year with AI technologies, including prompt engineering, AI agent development, and integration of large language models (LLMs) into production applicationsExperience with agentic coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor) Experience with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) architectures, including working with Azure AI Search or PineconeExpertise with Copilot Studio, including building, configuring, and deploying custom copilots and AI agents within the Microsoft 365 and Power Platform ecosystemCompensation:$150,000-175,000BonusAdditional Information: apply, please contact View email address on us.fitly.work
