DEINE ROLLE

Objekt- und Mietbuchhaltung: laufende Buchhaltung, Rechnungsbearbeitung, Bankbuchungen, Mahnwesen und Kontenabstimmung in Domus, Immoware oder VS3 (Hausbank München)
Erstellung von Abrechnungen: Betriebskosten- und Hausgeldabrechnungen, Jahresabrechnungen und Einnahmen-Überschussrechnungen
Organisation und Fristenwahrung: Maßnahmen zur Einhaltung von Fristen, Sollstellungen und Rechnungsprüfungen
Finanzplanung und Steuer: Erstellung von Wirtschaftsplänen, Ermittlung von Umsatzsteuerzahlen
Zahlungsmanagement: Verbuchung, Verwaltung und Disposition von Zahlungen und Rechnungen sowie Stammdatenpflege

DEIN PROFIL

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Buchhalter/in, Steuerfachangestellte/r oder vergleichbare kaufmännische Qualifikation
Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Objekt- und Betriebskostenabrechnung sowie eine präzise, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise
Erfahren im Umgang mit den Verwalterprogrammen Domus, Immoware oder VS3 (Hausbank) wünschenswert
Kommunikative Persönlichkeit mit Teamgeist und Zuverlässigkeit
Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse und idealerweise Erfahrung in branchenspezifischen Softwarelösungen
