Virginia Beach, VA | Full-Time
$65,000–$75,000 Base + Uncapped Commission
PeopleShare is partnering with a growing insurance and financial services firm seeking a driven Employee Benefits Advisor. If you're a relationship-builder who loves sales, networking, and helping businesses succeed, this is a great opportunity to grow your career and income.
What You'll Do Generate new business through networking, referrals, and prospecting
Meet with business owners, HR leaders, and executives
Present customized employee benefits solutions
Build and manage your own book of business
Develop relationships within the local business community
Deliver exceptional client service and account support
Active Virginia Insurance License
B2B outside sales experience
Strong prospecting and relationship-building skills
Consultative sales approach with a hunter mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivated and goal-oriented
Bachelor's degree preferred
Employee benefits experience is a plus, but not required
