Contract Specialist

We are seeking a Commercial Contracts Specialist to serve as a key liaison between Sales, Legal, and external stakeholders on commercial contracting, negotiation support, and deal facilitation. This newly created opportunity is ideal for a contracts professional or paralegal who has substantial hands-on experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial agreements and wants the opportunity to make an impact within a growing Sales Operations organization. What You’ll Do: Review, redline, and negotiate standard commercial contracts, including MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and supply agreements. Partner with Sales leadership and account managers to support customer negotiations and facilitate deal execution. Serve as a liaison between Sales Operations and Corporate Legal on commercial and contractual matters. Maintain contract templates, standard clauses, fallback positions, and contract records. Coordinate with Finance, Operations, Engineering, Legal, and other teams on complex transactions. Track contract timelines, renewals, obligations, and approvals. Communicate directly with customer procurement and legal teams when appropriate. Identify opportunities to improve contracting processes and reduce deal-cycle time. Support compliance with company policies, export controls, and applicable regulations. Maintain accurate contract information within CRM and contract lifecycle management systems. Provide reporting and administrative support related to commercial contracting. What We’re Looking For: 3+ years of experience in commercial contracts, legal operations, sales operations, or a related field. Significant experience reviewing, redlining, and negotiating commercial contracts. Experience with agreements such as MSAs, SOWs, NDAs, and supply agreements. Strong understanding of commercial terms and the ability to communicate contractual concepts to non-legal stakeholders. Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple active contracts and priorities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Bachelor's degree preferred. Nice to Have: Paralegal certificate or equivalent legal training. Experience supporting a Sales organization. CRM or contract lifecycle management (CLM) experience.
