Responsibilities Conduct full‑cycle recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates for various client projects. Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies. Utilize a variety of sourcing techniques to identify qualified candidates, including online job boards, social media platforms, networking events, and referrals. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and other stakeholders to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress to clients and internal team members. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in recruitment to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements Proven experience as a contract recruiter, preferably in a B2B environment. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in using recruitment software and other relevant tools. Openness to transitioning to a permanent role based on performance and agreement.
