The Opportunity: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Marketplaces Specialist, E-Retail to develop and execute our strategy for major online marketplaces like Amazon, eBay and Walmart. This role is focused on driving significant sales growth, optimizing our product presence, and managing our advertising efforts on these platforms. You will be responsible for the end-to-end management of our marketplace stores, ensuring a seamless customer experience and maximizing revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Marketplace Strategy: Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy for key e-retail platforms such as Amazon, Walmart and eBay aligned with overall business and sales objectives.
• Sales & Performance Management: Full ownership of budgets and performance across all marketplace channels, focusing on achieving and exceeding sales targets, improving profitability, and increasing market share.
• Listing & Content Optimization: Manage and optimize product listings to improve search visibility and conversion rates through high-quality content, images, and enhanced brand content.
• Marketplace Advertising: Plan, execute, and optimize marketplace advertising campaigns (e.g., Amazon Ads, eBay Promoted Listings) to drive traffic and sales, ensuring efficient budget utilization and strong ROAS.
• Inventory & Promotions Management: Work closely with supply chain to manage inventory forecasting, stock availability, and execution of promotional campaigns across platforms.
• Reporting & Analytics: Leverage marketplace analytics tools to monitor performance, track key KPIs (sales, traffic, conversion rate, ad spend), and deliver regular reports with actionable insights to leadership.
• Customer Experience Management: Monitor customer reviews and seller feedback, addressing issues proactively and collaborating with customer service teams to maintain strong seller ratings.
• Market Expansion: Research and identify new marketplace opportunities across global platforms to expand and strengthen the company’s digital retail presence.

Skills & Qualifications:

·       2+ years of experience in e-commerce, including hands-on experience managing and scaling sales on platforms such as Amazon, eBay or similar marketplaces.

·       Demonstrated success in developing and executing marketplace strategies that drive substantial sales growth.

·       Strong expertise in managing advertising platforms across marketplaces (e.g., Amazon, Walmart, and eBay).

·       Proficiency in using e-commerce analytics tools, with a data-driven and analytical approach.

·       Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·       Experience in the telecommunications or consumer electronics industry is a plus.
