Fatherhood Engagement Leader | Outreach & Coaching

Zepf Center in Northwest Ohio is seeking a State Fatherhood Outreach & Engagement Coordinator for a 1-year grant funded position (7/1/2026–6/30/2027) based in Williams and Paulding Counties. The role provides leadership in recruitment, engagement and retention of fathers in The Zepf Fatherhood Project and supervises Success Coaches. You will train staff on outreach, facilitate Nurturing Fathers and Fatherhood 101 sessions, build community partnerships, ensure compliance with grant objectives and #J-18808-Ljbffr Zepf Center
