This role includes a faculty appointment with our organization, with rank and salary based on experience. We provide a competitive compensation package, generous continuing medical education (CME) allowances, benefits, relocation assistance, and a signing bonus.

Qualifications

• Completion of subspecialty training and certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Academic rank of Assistant or Associate Professor
• Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
• Eligibility or certification in Maternal-Fetal Medicine
• Recognized clinician with excellent communication skills
• Must be regarded by stakeholders as a strong advocate for balancing clinical, academic, and educational missions within the division
• Willingness to collaborate with colleagues beyond the division

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage clinical practice
• Provide teaching for residents and fellows in both outpatient and inpatient settings
• Develop specialized and comprehensive programs in MFM and obstetrics
• Foster internal and external relationships to encourage collaboration across the health system
• Promote a high-quality and integrity-driven teaching environment
• Initiate and contribute to clinical and research programs through innovation and interdisciplinary collaboration
