Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• We are proficient with developer tools such as VS Code and GitHub Copilot, and we understand AI integration patterns and protocols such as MCP.
• We have working knowledge in one or more of the following areas: resiliency and capacity, efficiency governance, database fundamentals, incident leadership, delivery orchestration, pipelines, patterns and IaC, or Jira Align.

• We independently manage technical programs and integrate AI strategy to achieve goals and deadlines.
• We maintain project plans, track progress, report status, and escalate risks and issues when needed.
• We proactively manage risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies across assigned projects.
• We identify and implement process improvements by leveraging AI-enabled tools and sharing best practices.
• We coordinate with cross-functional teams, product owners, and external partners to support effective delivery and communicate strategy.
• We organize and facilitate project meetings, prepare agendas, capture notes, and follow up on actions.
• We track key metrics and outcomes, support continuous improvement, and maintain initiative inventories for gap analysis.
