This position is considered an essential function to the operation of the community therefore, consistent attendance is an essential function of this position, as it directly impacts the employee’s ability to perform their duties effectively and ensures proper workflow and communication within the team.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITIONREQUIREMENTS/ QUALIFICATIONS:

AbilitytoreadandwriteEnglish. Priorexperiencereflectingoverallgeneralmechanicalaptitudeandability. ValidDriver’sLicense(ifoperatingavehicle) EPACertificateforFreonRecovery;HVACCertificate. Current Fair Housing Certification

PREFERREDSKILLS/ABILITIES:

Hours worked will coincide with the hours of operation in the community.
