Immigration Attorney — LGBTQ Rights & Removal Defense

NYLAG seeks an experienced Immigration Attorney for a full-time role in the LGBTQ Law Unit. The attorney will represent LGBTQ+ immigrants in detained and non-detained removal defense, including asylum, bond hearings, and motions before EOIR and BIA. J.D. and NY Bar are required; 2–6 years in immigration law; Spanish preferred. The position emphasizes client-centered services, collaboration with a team, and dedication to immigrant and LGBTQ+ rights. Salary range is posted by NYLAG. #J-18808-Ljbffr NYLAG
