Lead and manage teams to ensure consistency, support, and continuous improvement in worldwide store network safety. Drive initiatives that improve safety recurrence results through proactive assurance and ongoing mitigation. Lead teams to address wellbeing defects, develop countermeasures, and enhance team performance. Leverage Six Sigma tools and other resources as appropriate. Collaborate closely with worldwide inventory operations, global store network initiatives, money, design and offices, hazard management, human assets, and other partners to ensure safety project delivery. Influence senior leadership on execution, upgrades, and advancements to further Target security while driving effectiveness and reducing waste. About You Four‑year college education B.A./B.S. Industry skill, demonstrated administration, or related field. Affirmed wellbeing proficiency, CSP, MBA. Demonstrated critical thinking and insightful abilities. Excellent relationship building, collaboration, and communication abilities both written and verbal. Security expertise or experience in store network, automation, or manufacturing experience. Demonstrated data and use in Microsoft items. Capacity to work as required. Work Arrangement This position may be considered for a remote or a hybrid work plan. A hybrid work plan means the employee will spend a mix of time virtual and on‑site at a target area. A remote work plan means the employee works full‑time from home or another location that is not a target area, does not have a work area at their HQ, and may go to HQ up to four times each year. Work obligations cannot be performed beyond the nation of the essential work area, except if generally recommended by Target.
