Respiratory Therapist

Cherry Hill Free Clinic

Role: Respiratory Therapist responsible for providing respiratory care, oxygen therapy, diagnostic testing, and ventilation support to patients of all ages. Key Responsibilities Administer and monitor oxygen therapy and artificial ventilation, including weaning protocols. Perform diagnostic procedures such as blood gas analysis and EKGs. Assist with airway management and provide patient education on treatments. Document clinical information and ensure compliance with policies and regulations. Maintain professional certifications and stay current with technical procedures. Participate in staff meetings and perform related duties as needed. Qualifications & Skills Associate's Degree in a related field. Current state license as a Respiratory Therapist and certification by the National Board of Respiratory Care. BLS certification; NRP and ACLS certifications preferred or required. Proficiency with computer systems, data entry, and communication skills.
