Procurement & Vendor Operations Coordinator

North Carolina Electric Cooperatives is seeking a procurement support specialist to assist the Director of Purchasing with documentation, order acknowledgements, and supplier coordination in a fast-paced environment.
You will maintain electronic purchasing records, review and expedite open orders, and prepare purchase orders for approval while assisting buyers with discrepancies. This role supports emergency plans during severe weather and coordinates with warehouse teams.
