About the Role:

Cutting Edge Modular is looking for a driven and organized Sales Coordinator to join our growing team in Woodland, CA.This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in supporting our sales operations and helping deliver prefabricated homes to our customers. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, like talking to people, and think you can make a good impression on clients we'd love to talk to you.  Construction experience is a plus. 

Responsibilities:

• Support the sales team by managing leads, tracking opportunities, and helping maintain CRM data accuracy
• Communicate between sales, operations, and customers to ensure seamless project handoffs
• Monitor and report on sales pipeline activity, forecasts, and performance metrics
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings, site visits, and follow-up communications
• Assist with order processing and ensure accurate documentation throughout the sales cycle
• Respond to inbound customer inquiries and provide product and pricing information
• Meet with customers and give tours of our facility

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in a sales support, sales coordinator, or administrative role
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
• Proficiency in CRM software and Google suite
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail-oriented with strong data entry and documentation accuracy
• Experience in construction, modular buildings, or related industry is a plus
• Self-motivated team player with a customer-first attitude
