Southwest Healthcare Services is seeking a full-time  Physical Therapist to join our rehabilitation department in Bowman, North Dakota.

This position provides therapy services within our rural critical access hospital and hospital-based outpatient clinic. Our Physical Therapists enjoy a manageable caseload, meaningful clinical variety, professional autonomy, and a supportive team environment without excessive productivity demands.

New graduates are welcome to apply. Candidates with geriatric or pediatric experience are especially encouraged.

POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:

• Monday–Friday schedule
• Flexible hours between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
• No weekends
• No holidays
• $40–$50 per hour
• 90 days of free housing to support a stress-free transition
• Manageable caseload
• No unreasonable productivity requirements
• Continuing-education and professional-growth opportunities
• Hospital and outpatient clinical experience

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based physical therapy services across the lifespan.
• Document evaluations, treatments, progress, and discharge plans accurately.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, rehabilitation staff, and other healthcare professionals.
• Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans, exercises, safety, and continued care.
• Maintain professional, regulatory, and facility standards.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current North Dakota Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one.
• Geriatric and/or pediatric experience is preferred.
• New graduates are welcome.
• Strong organization and self-initiative.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
