Outpatient Physical TherapistLocation Elizabeth City, NCThis is a 13-week contract position.40 hours/week; Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 7 AM - 4 PM; Tuesday, Thursday: 8 AM - 5 PMThe Outpatient Physical Therapist evaluates patients and develops, implements, and modifies treatment plans based on individual needs, goals, and physician direction. The therapist is responsible for delegating and directing therapy services, ensuring the design of functional treatment programs for effective community reintegration.
