The clinic operates with a hybrid model that supports a strong work‑life balance and encourages clinicians to exercise creativity and authenticity in their practice. The mission is to destigmatize mental health by providing inclusive services to diverse populations. Responsibilities Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create and implement treatment plans, and complete ongoing documentation, including treatment plan reviews and case notes, in accordance with company policy. Provide excellent client service and collaborate with a dynamic team to fulfill the clinic’s mission. Utilize creative interventions to help clients achieve and exceed their goals. Prepare and submit individualized session documentation per company guidelines and protocol. For full‑time clinicians, maintain a caseload of 25 billable hours per week. Coordinate services with case managers, families, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed. Required Qualifications and Skills Registered with DORA as a licensed mental health professional (LSW, LCSW, LPCC, LPC, or LMFT) with a valid Colorado license. Experience completing DAs, treatment plans, and clinical case notes. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Ability to model appropriate boundaries with clients. Timely completion of documentation for services rendered. Comfort working with a diverse client base. Proficiency in Office 365 and electronic health record systems (Valant experience is a plus). General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and prior mental health documentation experience.
