Pharmacist - 340b Coordinator

Under the general direction of the Director of Pharmacy, the 340B Coordinator is responsible for systems, processes and outcomes in the following areas: maintaining TPA system, 340B program compliance, monthly reporting, dispensing patterns, and inventory process systems, invoice review and billing processes, informational support and maintenance in systems/technology, contract pharmacy system integrity and compliance, and self audit process.

Job Requirements:

• Education: Doctorate of Pharmacy or BS Pharmacy
• Experience: Pharmacy and project management and/or experience with database applications; 340B discount program knowledge and understanding preferred.
• Certifications: Current registration as a pharmacist in the state of Arkansas required or must apply and submit application for registration prior to date of hire, and obtain registration within thirty (30) days of date of hire.
• Other: Trained in general use of pharmacy and drug wholesaler computers; knowledge of inventory systems and processes; experience with Microsoft Office and Outlook including advanced knowledge of Excel (i.e., pivot tables, is critical); detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills; ability to complete projects timely and accurately; adapt to changes in workload and schedule to meet patient needs; proven ability to communicate clearly, effectively, and tactfully (both written and verbal); foster a team environment; consistently alert throughout shift; and ability to travel as required.
